  • Good remedy for bums, cholera, constipation and cough.
  • It also works for dysentery, dysmenorrheal, gonorrhea, emmenagogue, emollient and ulcers.
  • Seeds are aphrodisiac, demulcent, diuretic, galactogogue by nature.
  • It is laxative, rejuvenative.
  • It cures hemorrhoids, scalds[injuries due to burns].
